Maggie celebrated her 1st birthday last weekend and a bunch of folks came out to help her enjoy her day. After a cold, rainy week it warmed up and sun came out so we could enjoy the outdoors. Both kids and adults seemed to have a good time, and we all feasted on some tasty BBQ from Cooper's and gourmet cupcakes from our friend Elenor of Lapin Blanc Cupcakery.
Thanks to everyone who partied with us, and also to those who couldn't make it but sent their well wishes for the Magpie.

Grandma turned out to be a pretty good photographer. Grandpa and I wouldn't have missed Maggie's big day for the world! We had a great time.
